Job Overview McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its Ames office. Candidates should be service‑oriented, a team player, and able to provide extraordinary care for our patients every day. Education High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant training program with verification of certification Certification/License Completion of a 75‑hour basic Certified Nursing Assistant Program or Advanced Nurse Aide Program with certificate BLS certification, obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained throughout employment Mandatory Reporter training, obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained throughout employment Schedule Days: Monday – Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Experience Previous CNA experience required Pre‑employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
