Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in an outpatient setting, following the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Assess patient status, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor responses, and document properly.
- Supervise and direct activities of various nursing staff levels, ensuring safe and effective care.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members and other clinical disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, uphold patient safety, and comply with regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in California.
- CPR/BLS certification (or current certification at time of start).
- Experience in outpatient or ambulatory care settings preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
- Ability to work a 10-hour daytime shift in an outpatient care environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to supervise and coordinate care with staff and colleagues.
