Behavior Technician (60 College Credits Required)

Overview Join Us to Become a Behavior Tech Rockstar! (6 months experience with developmental delays required) Coyne & Associates has been making a difference in the lives of children for over 20 years. You will be part of a close-knit team led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who support your growth. This role involves hands-on work in real-life sessions in clients' homes and training considered as part of your paid time. Responsibilities Play 1:1 with kids ages 1-12 with developmental delays or autism in their homes, bringing lesson plans to life. Take notes to track progress, celebrate wins, and capture details that make sessions meaningful. Coach caregivers so they can apply ABA techniques in everyday moments. Qualifications 60 college units completed At least 6 months of professional experience with children under the age of 12 (paid or unpaid) At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages) 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance Fluency in Spanish (Preferred) Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $21-$27/hr; paid during training Flexible hours: part-time, full-time, and Saturday shifts Medical, dental, PTO for full-time staff, and referral bonuses Mileage reimbursement for travel between clients Company-issued iPad and cell phone reimbursement Professional growth opportunities and multiple paths for advancement Work Environment and Equal Opportunity Coyne & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
