Contracts Manager, LeadThe Opportunity:As a lead Contracts Manager, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your advanced contract management expertise to our National Security Sector (NSS) Cyber Contracts team, where you'll be a trusted advisor and a valuable team member who finds creative solutions to complex problems for an advanced technology company.On our team, you'll use your advanced contracting knowledge to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts within various markets. In this role, you'll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning stages to completion. You'll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies.As a trusted business partner, you'll provide full lifecycle support with a focus on terms and conditions negotiation, white paper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation for Other Transaction (OT) prototype and follow-on production contracts or agreements. You'll provide expert advice and counsel to account executives and their program leadership on contractual matters, including contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, organizational conflict of interest, risk management, mitigation, and intellectual property negotiations, and monitor operational performance. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
