Administrative Assistant - Recruiting & HR

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

Position Type: Part-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant with experience in Human Resources and recruiting. This position will provide administrative support while assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting and sourcing potential candidates.

• Review applications and resumes and assist with initial candidate screening.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews.

• Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.

• Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding.

• Prepare and maintain employee and recruitment paperwork.

• Provide general administrative and clerical support.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and applicant information.

• Assist the HR team with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative support preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Professional and friendly demeanor.

• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

• Proficiency with basic computer programs, email, and office equipment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous recruiting or candidate-screening experience is strongly preferred.
