NOTICE OF FILING OF APPLICATION UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR'S PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

An application concerning the employment of one or more alien workers for the following permanent position with BRP US Inc. will be filed with the Department of Labor (for non-schedule A positions) or with the Department of Homeland Security (for Schedule A positions). This Notice of Filing will be posted for 10 consecutive business days, ending between 30 and 180 days before filing the permanent labor certification application.

POSITION TITLE : Supplier Quality Development Engineer

POSITION DUTIES : evaluate new and existing suppliers' Quality Systems and Manufacturing Processes and influence manufacturing strategy; identify risks and implement rigorous action plans to bring suppliers to BRP standards; ensure supplier involvement in product development through quality design reviews and other activities as appropriate; conduct supplier quality assessments and provide quality audit reports/ recommendations; initiate and resolve corrective action requests through Corrective Action Report (CAR) process; support and validate supplier capacity with run-at-rate; continuously influence to improve supplier performance and optimize processes to ensure a constant supply of quality parts to production; coordinate PPAP level requirements and compliance to the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) process; propose and drive quality improvement plans for all suppliers and commodities; collaborate with purchasing, engineering, operations, and production quality personnel to analyze issues and support solutions; maintain and develop supplier relationships; promote effective communication with regular project follow-ups.

RATE OF PAY: Employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor. The rate of pay offered is $104,915.00
