Assistant Store Manager - Spirit
$16.75 - $17.25 per hourSpirit Halloween
Compensation Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 – $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits Minnesota Paid Sick Time Set‑Up and Tear‑Down Premium Pay Programs End‑of‑Season Premium Pay Program All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services standards. Developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Qualifications & Physical Demands Minimum age requirement: 18 years and must have a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
