What you’ll be doing Leading the team through busy bakery moments Making sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of Coaching Joy Creators and setting the tone for great service Handling guest concerns with professionalism and kindness Keeping orders accurate and the bakery organized Communicating with management and keeping things on track This role requires prior leadership or customer service experience — you’ll be trusted to make decisions and represent the bakery when management isn’t present.
