Receiving InspectorsNow Hiring for Receiving Inspectors!ResponsibilitiesFollow documented mechanical inspection process instructions to evaluate incoming parts and materials.Verify that mechanical parts meet inspection plan and drawing requirements, including dimensions, features, and quality standards.Document part rejection reasons clearly and accurately, and communicate them according to the Material Review Board (MRB) process.Process shortage and urgent parts ahead of other workload to support production and customer needs.Systematically maintain accurate inspection and receiving records using the appropriate systems and tools.Expedite shortages and high-priority items within the mechanical inspection area to minimize delays.Move accepted and inspected material to the stockroom or designated storage locations as needed.Support shipping and receiving activities as required, including material handling, packaging, and inventory control tasks.Perform other duties as defined by department management to support overall quality assurance and material flow.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Morgan Hill, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
