Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Unify Recruit Staffing and Recruiting Leader | Veteran Job Title: Quality Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems that ensure our products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO, IATF, or other applicable standards. Lead internal and external quality audits and act as the primary liaison with customers and regulatory bodies on quality matters. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Investigate quality issues (e.g., non-conformances, customer complaints), perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product and process quality. Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications. Train and coach production staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Support new product development with quality planning and risk assessment. Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field (required). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality standards. Other quality backgrounds will be considered as well: AS9100(aerospace), 16949(auto), 17025(FDA), 13485(med device), 29001(Oil/Gas), 2701(IS), 22000(food), 45001(OH&S), 50001(energy) Proficiency in quality software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Experience in Six Sigma, CQE, or similar is a plus.
