Weekend Registered Nurse

Location: Collinsville, Oklahoma, United States

As a Weekend Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients while working on the weekends.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team
Participate in shift report to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care and upholding the values of North County Center Nursing

Requirements:

Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
