Stand-Up Forklift Driver — Temp-to-Hire

Location: Edgerton, KS
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Thursday–Saturday, 5:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Employment Type: Temporary to hire

Smart Warehousing is hiring two experienced Forklift Drivers for our warehouse team in Edgerton, Kansas. This position involves safely moving valuable UTV, ATV, motorcycle, and other rolling and crated units throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
• Use a forklift equipped with 10-foot forks.
• Move UTVs, ATVs, motorcycles, rolling units, and crated products.
• Load, unload, stage, and transport products within the warehouse.
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment-handling guidelines.
• Perform basic computer and warehouse system tasks.
• Inspect products and equipment for potential damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience is required.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift with 10-foot forks is strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to safely handle expensive and oversized products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work the Thursday–Saturday, 5:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. schedule.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in a warehouse environment.
