About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP for People Business Partnerships and Workforce Architecture. This pivotal role demands a leader who can seamlessly blend hands-on operational skills with enterprise-level strategic thinking. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key business leaders, leading the development of a best-in-class framework for the future of work, and driving strategic workforce planning and employee relations. As a key decision-maker on the People Leadership team, the SVP will also be deeply involved in shaping the organization's workforce, from design to deployment, and will be a culture steward, ensuring that the workplace reflects the company's mission and values. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years' in a leadership role within complex, matrixed organizations. A background in healthcare, technology, or mission-driven organizations is essential. The role requires a proven track record in strategic HR partnership, hands-on experience in workforce architecture, org design, and employee relations, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be a builder and a doer, comfortable operating at multiple levels, and deeply motivated by the mission of the organization. They should be exceptional communicators, with the ability to translate complex workforce strategies into clear narratives, and have a collaborative leadership style that fosters trust and inclusivity.
