This is an excellent opportunity for someone with medical office or strong customer service experience who is looking for a long-term position with an established practice.What You'll DoThis is a fast-paced position with a variety of responsibilities throughout the day, including:Greeting and checking in patients in a friendly and professional mannerScheduling and coordinating patient appointmentsAnswering and managing a high volume of incoming phone callsProcessing and working patient referralsVerifying insurance informationObtaining and processing medical recordsScanning and accurately maintaining documentsCompleting data entry and other administrative dutiesCommunicating effectively with patients, providers, clinical staff, and coworkersSupporting your front desk team and the practice wherever neededOur phone system is busy, so attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and strong communication skills are essential.
