Regional Marketing Manager

*This role will require you to live in or next to our geographic footprint (AZ, CA, CO, ID, MI, MN, NM, NV, OR, and UT)Help Us Grow Home Service Brands NationwideWe’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) to help us grow a portfolio of home service brands across the country. This isn’t an entry-level role—you’ll be responsible for creating and executing full marketing plans for 6–8 brands, working closely with local leadership to hit lead volume and revenue budgets.You’ll lead campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, radio, social), manage marketing budgets, and serve as the go-to marketing resource for GMs, Ops Managers, and RVPs in your region. You won’t be handed a roadmap—you’ll be expected to build one.What You'll DoBuild and execute marketing plans for 6–8 brands, using historical data and local insightsHit lead volume budgets across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical departmentsManage multiple marketing budgets and report monthly performanceDirect vendors and creative teams to deliver effective local campaignsMeet weekly with operational leadership to stay aligned on goalsTrack results, identify opportunities, and recommend improvementsOwn the outcomes—you’re responsible for performance, not just activityWhat You Bring to the Table3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally with account or project management responsibilitiesProven ability to manage marketing budgets and build campaign strategies across multiple channelsConfident working with performance data—proficient in Excel and marketing analyticsStrong communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsAble to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ballComfortable having direct, results-focused conversations with stakeholdersExperience in home services or another seasonal industry is strongly preferredFamiliarity with project management tools (we use Monday.com)What Success Looks LikeEach brand you support is hitting or exceeding lead volume budgetsYour budgets are accurate, justified, and contributing to 10%+ annual growthGeneral Managers and Regional Vice Presidents trust your strategy and executionYou identify what’s working and what’s not—and adjust accordinglyYou’re known for clear communication, strong follow-through, and big-picture thinkingIf you’re ready to lead, build, and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment — we want to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom
