Shipping Clerk | 3rd Shift

Shipping Clerk Duties: 

• Check in drivers for cargo recovery or drop-off, record and update details in Google Sheets and X Control. 

• Maintain accurate cargo information and file related paperwork as required. 

• Monitor and respond to emails within 10 minutes; call drivers or dispatch (Apex/Brokers) only when necessary. 

• Activate GPS tracking for assigned trucks and ensure tracking accuracy. 

• Send a detailed daily turnover report at the end of each shift. 

Schedule:  

Days off may vary (2 days off during the week)  

• 3rd Shift (10pm-6:30 am) 

Pay: 

• $20/hr.  

Shipping Clerk  Requirements: 

• TYPING WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE KEY BOARD!!! 

• This Client who we are staffing for participates in the E-Verify program. Learn more at E-Verify.gov. 

• 12 months of Shipping Clerk exp. 

• Computer Skills
