Pfizer seeks a Vice President of Learning & Development to design and execute enterprise-wide learning strategy for a global workforce. Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, this strategic leader will oversee leadership development, AI fluency integration, and capability-building programs across 35 team members and a $14M budget.

Responsibilities

Design and own enterprise L&D strategy aligned with business priorities, workforce trends, and talent agenda
Lead leadership development strategy, curriculum, and delivery for all organizational levels
Identify skill gaps and translate them into prioritized, scalable capability-building programs
Own AI fluency function, embedding AI literacy and applied capability across learning pathways
Build and manage high-performing L&D team of 35 professionals

Requirements

15+ years progressive L&D or Talent Management experience in large, global organizations
Proven expertise building and scaling leadership development for multiple organizational levels
Experience designing capability programs tied to measurable business outcomes and strategy
Track record creating learning strategies for diverse employee populations across geographies and work environments
Direct experience with or strong perspective on AI fluency and AI-enabled learning integration
Experience leading large teams and managing substantial budgets with vendor management discipline
Strong executive presence and C-suite stakeholder management capabilities

Compensation: $274,000–$456,600 base salary, plus 30% bonus target and long-term incentive program eligibility
