Travel Respiratory Therapist - 13-Week Night Shift

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Job Details Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Administer a range of respiratory and cardiology modalities to patients. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Clean, disinfect, assemble, calibrate, and maintain respiratory and cardiology equipment; evaluate equipment for proper and safe function and report malfunctions. Perform arterial puncture and analyze samples according to procedural guidelines. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other hospital personnel to optimize continuum of care. Respond to emergent situations requiring respiratory support. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 1 year recent acute care experience as a Respiratory Therapist. BLS required; ACLS mandatory. NRP and PALS may be required in certain areas. NBRC credential is preferred. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for long periods; lift up to 20 pounds comfortably and up to 50 pounds when necessary. Excellent visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Travel assignment of 12‑hour nights for 13 weeks, 36 hours per week.
