What You'll Do: As a Medication Technician (Med Tech), you'll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
- Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
- Administering medications accurately, maintaining precise records, and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi).
- Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.
- Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team.
- Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
- An active state-required Missouri certification: L1MA (Level 1 Medication Aide) and/or CMT (Certified Medication Technician).
- A heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
