Responsabilidades El Coordinador de Logística Global desempeña un papel vital en el adelanto de la visión dada por Dios al ministerio para alcanzar a mil millones de almas para Jesús. Esta posición es responsable de organizar y ejecutar eventos y proyectos de Cosecha Global, tanto a nivel local como global, asegurando que todos los componentes logísticos, administrativos y espirituales estén integrados y llevados a cabo con excelencia. Trabajando bajo la dirección del Gerente de Logística Global, el Coordinador proporciona apoyo esencial a Cosecha Global y colabora estrechamente con el personal de la iglesia, voluntarios, líderes ministeriales y socios externos. Este rol requiere un corazón para el servicio y la evangelización, un fuerte sentido de liderazgo espiritual y un compromiso para asegurar que todas las actividades de Cosecha Global reflejen los valores fundamentales del ministerio y cumplan con los estándares tanto ministeriales como gubernamentales. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, interpersonales y de negociación. Fuertes habilidades organizativas y administrativas. Mentalidad proactiva y gran atención al detalle. Alta inteligencia emocional y sensibilidad intercultural. Dominio de Microsoft Office Suite y Monday.com OS. Se requiere bilingüismo en inglés y español. Requisitos de Educación y/o Experiencia Se prefiere un título universitario en administración de negocios, gestión de hospitalidad o un campo relacionado. Certificación en gestión de proyectos (PMP) o certificación en eventos/logística es un plus. Candidatos con más de 5 años de experiencia comprobada a alto nivel en gestión logística, gestión de eventos internacionales o operaciones misioneras pueden sustituir el título preferido. Cualificaciones Espirituales Compromiso inquebrantable con la visión, valores, creencias fundamentales y declaración de fe de KJM. Aceptar ser un participante activo en el Ministerio Internacional Rey Jesús. Ser un cristiano nacido de nuevo que lleva a cabo sus asuntos de acuerdo con la Biblia y mantiene un estilo de vida consistente con las Escrituras.
