Role Overview Provides direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team for children with complex behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include assessing patients developing care plans administering medication monitoring progress offering emotional support to patients and families The role promotes patient-centered care, safety, and regulatory compliance, collaborating effectively with team members and families to ensure comprehensive treatment. Qualifications & Skills Requires a nursing diploma or associate's degree, RN license, and at least 1 year of experience in Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, or inpatient nursing. Preferred: Bachelor's degree and less than 2 years of experience Strong critical thinking, communication, and emotional intelligence are essential.
