Technical Program Manager 4 - Content & Business Products

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager 4 - Content & Business Products to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a hospitality and recreation environment. Location: Los Gatos, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $210,000 – $320,000 annually Responsibilities Own programs from inception to delivery with a proactive mindset Lead cross-functional programs with product, engineering, and data science Engage cross-functional partners to create actionable execution plans Communicate progress and insights to stakeholders and leadership Provide domain expertise to shape technical strategies Scope and lead AI/ML initiatives to identify high-value use cases Build strong relationships with emotional intelligence and active listening Challenge the status quo and operate independently Qualifications 4+ years of technical program management experience Experience driving large-scale software projects Highly skilled in managing cross-functional programs Ability to identify solution gaps and influence technology tradeoffs Deep understanding of agentic capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented in software development planning Benefits Comprehensive Health Plans and Mental Health support 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match Stock Option Program Paid leave of absence programs 35 days annual paid time off for hourly employees Flexible time off for salaried employees Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
