Pike now has almost 8,000 employees spanning more than 40 states.NOTE: THE APPLICANT SHOULD BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO CHARLOTTE, NC WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF ACCEPTING THE POSITIONEssential Functions:Data gathering, cleaning, and processingData analysis and development of KPIs or metricsReport development and improvementParticipate in budgeting, cost accounting, and financial accountingUse data and reporting to participate in vendor negotiationsManage supply chain riskMinimum Qualifications:Must have excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present clear and understandable findings with attention to detail and accuracyA degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, with quantitative, finance, or supply chain focusA Masters or MBA would be considered with expanded responsibilitiesMust have strong problem solving and critical thinking skillsAble to both manage work independently and work well with a teamMust be highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.Experience in R, SQL, or Power BI or other dashboarding tool is desired.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
