RN - Surgical & Orthopedic Care Unit Mercy Hospital Washington Full-Time | 36 hrs/week Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM SIGN-ON BONUSES $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced RNs $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Graduate Nurses Up to $20,000 for new grad nurses Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $2,000/year Day-One Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Employer-Matched Retirement Plan Shift Differentials Weekend Option Bonus: $20/hr for RNs About Our Unit Welcome to our high-energy, fast-paced 30-bed Surgical & Orthopedic Care Unit. Our diverse patient population includes a broad range of medical and post-operative cases , such as: General surgeries: appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resections Specialized care: bariatric surgery, sepsis, pancreatitis, and stable pneumothorax We maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 , supported by highly skilled Patient Care Associates to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery.
