Executive Recruiter

All about this Opportunity Currently looking for a qualified Executive Recruiter to fill an opening with an expanding search firm located in Hendersonville, NC. What does an Executive Recruiter do? Manage a full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals. Provide recommendations to improve our process and provide detailed information regarding the market conditions. Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, manage offer process, and make salary recommendations. Drive the offer process including, but not limited to extending offers and closing candidates. What You’ll need to Win? Associate’s degree or higher education required. 2 - 4 years of experience assisting with sourcing, recruiting and administrative tasks. Experience maintaining professional websites, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, are a plus. What’s in it for you?
