Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve patients facing varied mental health challenges within a hospice setting, including anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
