Pay Range: Targeted annual salary ranges from $25,400 to $33,000, based on experience. As a Laboratory Technician, your work ensures high quality data collection, participant engagement, and smooth study execution—directly supporting research that improves health outcomes across communities. What You’ll Do Participant Recruitment & Engagement Recruit, enroll, and onboard research participants following approved protocols Serve as a key point of contact for participants throughout study involvement Track participant progress and conduct follow ups to ensure adherence to study procedures Research & Laboratory Operations Plan, set up, and conduct controlled research experiments and trials Follow standardized procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in all research activities Support ongoing studies focused on health behavior and cancer prevention Data Collection & Quality Control Collect and document research data accurately and efficiently Perform daily quality control checks on research records Record, organize, and report findings in accordance with study protocols Why Join HPRC & Stephenson Cancer Center?
