Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Diagnose mechanical problems and implement effective corrective measures; disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed.

Assist with the installation, alignment, and setup of new mechanical systems and machinery.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Follow all safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures, PPE standards, and cleanliness requirements.

Collaborate with other technicians, tradespeople, and contractors to meet maintenance and safety goals.

High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training/certification is a plus.

Minimum of 3+ years of relevant mechanical or industrial maintenance experience.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance techniques, and troubleshooting processes.

Ability to safely operate hand and power tools, and read technical manuals and schematics effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
