Overview Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider role at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an experienced acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join HCA Doctors Hospital of Augusta in Augusta, Georgia. Responsibilities Provide acute care in the ICU/medical-surgical ICU setting. Perform routine critical care procedures including central and arterial line placement, intubations, and management of mechanical ventilation. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality patient care. Share 24-bed Medical/Surgical ICU coverage with another APP on nights; MD on call for back-up support.
