Our client, a leading organization in the technology and software development sector, is seeking a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer -Software Engineer 4 - Contingent to join their dynamic team. As a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer -Software Engineer 4 - Contingent, you will be an integral part of the Software Engineering department supporting innovative projects and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to deliver innovative solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of advanced data models and machine learning algorithms.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Proficiency in data analysis, machine learning, and software development tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience with offshore support and hybrid work models is a plus.
