* Demonstrate assigned driving operations for students on a regular basis /n

* Oversee the safe operation and use of equipment when being used by students, ensuring that the company policy and standards are being adhered to /n

* Supervise all assigned trainees and complete the necessary documentation for each person, such as student attendance forms and training records /n

* Provide in-person daily instruction to students in the following areas: Full Pre-Trip Inspection, Basic Control Skills, and Road Driving /n /n Requirements: /n

* Valid Class A CDL License /n

* 3 years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience /n

* Clean MVR and background /n

* H.S. Diploma or GED /n

* Excellent communication skills /n

* Possess demonstrable intellectual and leadership abilities /n

* Be able to perform duties of over-the-road, basic skills, and classroom instruction as assigned /n

* Regular, reliable, and predictable work attendance is a must /n
