Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $60+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health care visits in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont, covering Lamoille and Caledonia counties. Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients’ needs Make home visits to clients in the assigned geographic territory Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders Perform client assessments as necessary Coordinate case management and other services Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations on a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse in Vermont Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience Prior home‑care experience preferred but not required Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (as shown by transcript or diploma) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong interpersonal skills Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Ability to travel to cases as assigned Benefits Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Direct deposit and weekly pay Mileage reimbursement Scholarship and training opportunities Employee assistance program Recognition programs and referral bonuses Opportunities for career advancement Equal Opportunity Employer Statement BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc., and its associated entities and joint venture partners, are Equal Opportunity Employers.
