Job Objective The Sales Support Manager Dealer Segment is a leading performer responsible for overseeing key programs and projects related to sales support operations, process improvement, and customer engagement. The role collaborates closely with Sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities of the Position Lead the development and implementation of strategic programs and initiatives to improve Sales Support operations, streamline processes, and enhance customer experience. Define program objectives, milestones, and success criteria, and develop project plans to ensure timely and successful execution. Dealer Sales + Operations Support, Daltile Dealer Rewards Management, Communications, E-Commerce, Promotion Performance Tracking Collaborate with Sales leadership, operations teams, IT, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and alignment across departments. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to gather input, drive consensus, and ensure alignment of program goals and priorities. Conduct process reviews and analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the sales support function. Develop and implement solutions, such as process automation, workflow optimization, and system enhancements to streamline operations and improve productivity. Participate in and may manage large, cross-functional projects or initiatives with strategic importance. Perform high-level critical thinking, detailed information gathering, and application of business knowledge. Generate fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas, and new approaches that create value in the market. Proactively investigate and/or lead investigations of alternative approaches, technologies, or partnerships. Collaborate with and may lead functional or cross-functional teams to generate solutions to complex problems. Perform other duties as needed. Required Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience. 6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Recognized cross-functionally as an expert within one or two subject matter areas. Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once. High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
