Job Responsibilities: Train, mentor, coach, and develop team members Ensure every staff member has a passion for service and that they provide an exceptional client experience consistently Manage the addition of new team members and the process in which that takes, recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training Drive salon performance by educating staff on how to promote our products, memberships, and services Develop and implement team incentives and initiatives in membership and product sales Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of Management experience Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication abilities verbally, over the phone, and in messaging Act with integrity, passion, and in the best interest of Boardroom Be a model of our core values Ability to deliver, take, and apply feedback Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Being a licensed cosmetologist or barber is a plus, but is not a requirement #J-18808-Ljbffr Railway Corp
