Personal Training Sales Consultant

Location: 4208A Central Ave SW Albuquerque, NM 87105 Reports to: Personal Training Manager Position Overview Personal Training Sales Consultant responsible for driving fitness programs, assigning personal trainers to clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Act as Sales Leader: engage members daily, guide them through CrunchONE Kickoff, and match them with suitable personal trainers. Provide Customer Service Concierge: address client questions, book sessions, update billing information. Serve as Team Builder: foster a collaborative environment, promote trainer value, and build trust to ensure a results-driven experience. Required Skills & Experience Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry. Passion for health and fitness. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Positive, motivating approach to team collaboration. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Certification in one or more approved nationally accredited programs acquired within the first 100 days of employment. Certifications Required American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer Health Fitness Specialist American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer Certification The Cooper Institute International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA) Personal Fitness Trainer Certification National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) International Sports Sciences Association (with NCCA accreditation) Physical Requirements Ability to lift or move 50 lbs. Daily physical effort includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Compensation $50,000 – $60,000 total annual earnings potential. Uncapped commission structure (base pay + commission + monthly bonuses).
