Entry Level Administrative Assistant - Hybrid

About the Role

We're seeking a detailoriented and memberfocused Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to support our Loan Officers and help members successfully navigate the mortgage loan process. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring applications move efficiently from preapplication to closing. What You'll Do
Member & Loan Officer Support

• Act as a key communication link between Loan Officers and members.
• Provide timely updates, guidance, and support throughout the entire mortgage application process.
• Communicate with members daily-approximately 50% by phone and the remainder through virtual channels.

Loan Application Processing

• Collect and review required documents to determine loan approvability.
• Analyze income, assets, and supporting financial documentation.
• Maintain accuracy when updating information in loan operating systems.
• Manage applications from preapplication through postapplication stages.

Pipeline & Workflow Management

• Oversee a personal pipeline of 45-60 active loan applications , with higher volume during peak seasons.
• Work from an assigned queue after Loan Officers complete the initial setup, allowing you to efficiently finalize outstanding requirements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
