Help Build One of the Premier Professional Search Organizations in the Industry Bridgeway Partners is seeking an experienced recruiting professional to lead and develop our recruiting organization. This is not an HR management position. It is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for developing recruiters, overseeing search execution, improving recruiting operations, and personally managing professional search engagements. If you enjoy coaching recruiters, building high‑performing teams, improving processes, and remaining active in professional search, we’d like to meet you. What You’ll Do Lead the Recruiting Organization Coach, mentor, and develop recruiters through regular one‑on‑one meetings and search reviews. Create accountability through meaningful performance metrics. Help build a culture centered around professionalism, execution, and continuous improvement. Recruit, onboard, and develop future recruiting talent. Oversee Search Execution Review and assign new search engagements. Match searches with the appropriate recruiter based on experience, workload, and expertise. Monitor active searches and adjust strategy or resources when necessary. Ensure consistent execution and exceptional client and candidate experiences. Remain Active in Professional Search Leadership begins with credibility. You’ll personally manage professional search engagements while leading the recruiting team, allowing you to remain connected to the marketplace and lead by example. Improve Recruiting Operations Develop recruiting playbooks and best practices. Improve search execution through AI, technology, and process improvement. Build scalable systems that support continued growth. Create training and onboarding programs for recruiters. Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will likely have: Approximately 3–8 years of professional search experience. Exposure to retained & contingency search environments. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. A passion for recruiting and developing people. A desire to help build a high‑performing recruiting organization. Previous people leadership experience is valued but not required. We’re equally interested in experienced recruiters who have demonstrated leadership, influence, and coaching ability and are ready for the next step in their careers.
