We are looking for a bright (Senior) Product Marketeer to join our Life Science team based in Louvain-la-Neuve. We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded (Senior) Product Marketeer to bridge the gap between our highly technical product, niche target market and our BU’s marketing strategy. As a (Senior) Product Marketeer , you willplay a pivotal role in transitioning our product line into a unified ecosystem, owning the value proposition. You will elevate our thought leadership to expand N-SIDE’s reach across the globe. From exclusive peer-to-peer leadership workshops to our flagship N-SIDE Connect event, you will use community-led growth to turn customers into advocates and prospects into partners. What you'll do: Go-to-Market Product Strategy : Define, orchestrate, and execute the marketing strategy for new software features, modules, and platform updates within the N-SIDE ecosystem. N-SIDE Connect & Community Strategy : Act as a core strategic stakeholder for N-SIDE Connect, our premier annual community event. Shape the event's thematic narrative, define product-centric tracks, and maximize its impact on customer retention, cross-selling, and brand advocacy. Leadership Workshops & Roundtables : Design, curate, and host exclusive interactive workshops and roundtable events tailored for Pharma and Biotech leadership. Translate complex industry challenges into highly collaborative environments that position N-SIDE as the ultimate clinical supply chain authority. Positioning & Value Messaging : Craft compelling, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks. Translate analytical features (e.g., forecasting, simulation, risk management) into clear operational and financial benefits for diverse buyer personas. Sales Enablement & Toolkit Development : Empower our global sales and account management teams. Create impactful commercial assets, including pitch decks, discovery guides, ROI calculators, white papers, and competitive battle cards. Thought Leadership & Content Creation : Partner with our clinical supply analysts and subject matter experts to design high-impact multi-channel campaigns, webinars, and thought‑leadership content that drive top‑of‑funnel inbound interest. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as the strategic connector between Product Management, Sales, Professional Services, and Corporate Communications to align commercial execution with product reality. About you: Experience : 5+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience, Strategic Marketing, or a similar business-to-business (B2B) Industry Expertise : Strong background or deep knowledge of the Clinical Trial Supply (CTS) industry is highly required to connect operational realities with corporate strategy. The "Translator" Ability : Exceptional capability to digest deeply technical, mathematical, or AI-driven product concepts and distill them into clear, value-driven stories for business leaders—both in written collateral and live events. Stakeholder Management & Leadership : Strong project management skills with the confidence to lead cross-functional projects, manage external agencies, and engage with management & clients. Growth Mindset : Commercially astute and data-driven Communication & Facilitation : Flawless written and spoken English. Confidence in presenting strategies to senior leadership, facilitating executive workshops, and engaging with enterprise stakeholders at live events.
