Agile Coach

Provides Agile coaching, training, and mentoring on Agile methodologies, frameworks, standards, and processes to ensure the consistent adoption and effective application of Agile ways of working across teams and the organization. Coaches leaders and team members at all levels to strengthen Agile capability, foster a mindset grounded in the Agile Manifesto, and improve organizational agility. Serves as the product owner for Agile ways of working, delivery visualization, reporting, and supporting tools, continuously improving how work is measured, visualized, prioritized, and managed from idea intake through execution and value realization. Leverages Agile metrics, visual management practices, and delivery data to provide actionable insights that enhance transparency, decision-making, flow, predictability, and business outcomes. Applies deep Agile expertise to guide new and existing teams, influence leaders and associates in evolving from traditional to Agile ways of working, and drive improvements in delivery performance, Agile maturity, and enterprise agility.
