Position Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care in Pre‑Op, Operating Room (Circulator), and PACU. Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and document accurately. Prepare patients for surgery, ensuring safety and comfort. Serve as the circulating nurse during surgical procedures while maintaining a sterile and safe environment. Monitor patients during recovery, manage pain, and assess readiness for discharge. Educate patients and families regarding preoperative and postoperative care. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality patient care. Adhere to all regulatory, accreditation, and infection prevention standards.
