Lead the performance of our South Florida clubs

Lift RF FTX, LLC, a Retro Fitness franchise operator, is hiring a Regional Manager to lead our South Florida clubs across sales, fitness, and operations.

You will own regional results while developing the Club Managers and Fitness Sales Managers responsible for daily execution. Success means growing membership and personal training revenue, achieving profitability targets, building strong teams, and delivering clean, safe clubs where members want to stay.

We are looking for a leader who knows the numbers, can turn performance gaps into clear action plans, and spends time inside the clubs coaching teams and following through.

What you will own

• Financial performance: Manage club and regional P&Ls, budgets, profitability, labor costs, and controllable expenses. Identify variances and lead corrective action.
• Membership sales: Drive new joins, lead conversion, guest close rates, follow-up, referrals, and local outreach.
• Fitness performance: Lead personal training sales, revenue, renewals, client retention, and service delivery. Coach Fitness Sales Managers and improve Welcome Workout booking, attendance, and conversion.
• Club operations: Maintain standards for cleanliness, equipment condition, safety, staffing, payroll accuracy, and member service.
• People leadership: Recruit, coach, develop, and retain managers and club teams. Set clear expectations and address underperformance.
• Member experience: Resolve escalated concerns, address recurring service issues, and improve retention.
• Regional execution: Review daily results and weekly pacing, build club-specific improvement plans, and report progress to the VP of Operations.

You will also work with Finance, Marketing, HR, and Facilities to support club performance and execute company priorities.

What we are looking for

• At least 2–3 years of experience leading multiple locations or multiple departments in a high-volume business.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or another service-focused environment.
• Demonstrated results managing P&Ls, sales goals, staffing, labor budgets, and operating standards.
• Experience coaching managers, developing teams, and improving underperforming locations.
• Ability to interpret financial and operating reports and translate findings into action.
• Fitness industry experience preferred, particularly experience leading membership and personal training sales.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Florida market as needed, up to 40%.
• Ability to remain active on the club floor and assist with equipment, including lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary, with reasonable accommodation as applicable.

Leadership presence and schedule

This is a salaried leadership position requiring a regular, visible presence inside assigned clubs throughout the workweek. You will lead teams, coach managers, inspect execution, and address issues firsthand. Your schedule and time in each club should reflect its performance, staffing, and support needs.

Weekend presence is not routinely required when assigned clubs are meeting budget and executing to plan. When a club is behind budget or plan, you are expected to be physically present on weekends as needed to support the team and drive improvement. You must also remain reachable and responsive to urgent leadership needs outside normal business hours.

Compensation

Base salary plus a quarterly performance bonus with an annual target equal to 20% of base salary.

The quarterly bonus is weighted across:

• Four-wall EBITDA: 30%
• Personal training revenue: 35%
• New membership joins: 35%

Bonus payments are subject to performance attainment, eligibility requirements, and company plan terms.
