Must Live 50 miles outside Granbury, TX

Weekly salary starts at 1800.00 weekly and is negotiable

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients.

• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs during labor.

• Assist in the delivery process and provide immediate postnatal care.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

• Evaluate and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.

• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.

• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.

• Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance care quality.

• Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license with experience in labor and delivery nursing.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Strong understanding of fetal monitoring techniques and maternal health.

• Proven ability to respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Ability to educate patients and families on care procedures effectively.

• Strong documentation skills for patient care activities and outcomes.

• Ability to work in a high-visibility, results-driven environment.

• Experience in collaborative care planning with healthcare teams.

• Experience with performance improvement initiatives in healthcare.
