Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Service Technician

We are currently seeking a dependable, skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our Orlando team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience and takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. New construction experience is a plus. Schedule:- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Rotating on-call schedule shared weekly among the service team
- Diagnose, service, repair, and install HVAC systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction on every call
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized
- Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
- Arrive on time, work independently when needed, and contribute as a team player
- Minimum of 3 years HVAC service experience
- Must own required tools for daily service work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record (21+ for insurance)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Performance-based pay with earning potential up to $100,000+ per year
