Peak Performance Strategist (FSR)

Position Overview We are looking for a Sales Workshop Leader to join our Peak Performance Strategist (FSR) field sales team. In this role you will represent the Tony Robbins brand nationwide, promoting and selling the flagship live event “Unleash the Power Within” to companies and teams. This is a full‑time traveling position with live in‑person workshops and sales seminars throughout the year, and virtual engagements during non‑travel months. Core Duties & Responsibilities Deliver high‑energy, impactful group peak performance workshops (live or virtual) to salespeople, business owners, and leaders. Influence clients to enroll in “Unleash the Power Within” through workshops and follow‑up meetings. Prospect along with in‑house National Coordinators to schedule qualified meetings. Build and grow a book of business and develop deal pipelines across U.S. territories. Set own appointments, generate referrals, and manage your sales funnel. Manage administrative tasks related to ongoing sales, including agreements, communications, transfers, refunds, and referrals. Maintain brand consistency with the Tony Robbins brand. Travel the country during assigned periods (e.g., New York, Dallas, Palm Beach, Los Angeles). Exceed ticket‑sale expectations: 100 tickets in cycle 1, 125 in cycle 2, 150 + in subsequent cycles (minimum 3 tickets per field sales event). Improve performance through coaching and feedback from management. Provide feedback to enhance marketing efforts and lead conversion. Qualifications Minimum 5 + years of a top‑sales track record in field, group, or front‑of‑room sales. Proven top closer who can use strategic closes, handle objections, and mobilize a room to act. Willingness and ability to travel throughout the year for live workshops and seminars. Strong grasp of metrics & KPIs to measure and grow performance.
