Service Operations Specialist

Marvin is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to support our premium windows, doors, and skylights business. In this role, you’ll manage service orders, coordinate scheduling with manufacturing and field teams, and ensure timely, accurate resolution of customer issues. You’ll analyze service data, track parts and inventory, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Working in a collaborative, safety-focused environment, you’ll partner with sales, operations, and customer support to maintain high service standards and support Marvin’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
