Location: Rogers, AR Pay Rate: $21.50 - $23.05 per hour (based on experience) Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist II, you play a critical role in the patient experience and the diagnostic testing process. Your ability to accurately collect and process specimens while providing exceptional customer service helps ensure timely, reliable results and a positive experience for every patient. What You'll Do Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling accuracy Obtain patient signatures and ensure specimens are correctly labeled in the patient's presence Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties Maintain accurate documentation and records while ensuring patient confidentiality Create a welcoming and professional environment for patients, clients, and colleagues Support operations at patient service centers, physician offices, and other assigned locations as needed Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Minimum of 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred Strong specimen collection and patient interaction skills Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment preferred Keyboard and data entry experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on business needs Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent patient care Ability to meet compliance requirements Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US What's In It For You Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care and healthcare outcomes Consistent full-time weekday schedule Diverse patient interactions and opportunities to expand your phlebotomy expertise Supportive and professional healthcare environment Exposure to multiple clinical settings and patient populations Potential pathway to long-term employment based on performance and business needs Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k) ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
