Business Service Center Agent

Salary: $73,000 - 113,000 per year Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use multiple applications at the same time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong grammar and telephone etiquette
• Ability to perform essential duties safely and meet applicable productivity standards
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Ability to speak and listen clearly on the telephone
• English and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus

• Verify callers identities in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
• Support business clients and internal business partners by telephone and virtual channels across business products
• Research and resolve requests accurately and promptly, escalating issues as needed and directing complaints to the appropriate team
• Assist with account maintenance in accordance with policy and procedure
• Follow department policies and procedures
• Deliver an exceptional client experience and aim to resolve inquiries in one contact

At First Horizon Bank Operations, we work to provide a seamless customer experience through collaboration, thoughtful service, and an environment where everyones ideas are valued. In this Business Service Center Virtual Banker role, you will work independently and with a team to support business clients and strengthen their relationships with First Horizon Bank. This is an on-site position, not remote or work from home. The center operates Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; your shift will be assigned during training. Training lasts nine weeks: weeks 1–3 and week 8 run Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; during weeks 4–7 and week 9, you will work your assigned shift. The training class begins November 30, 2026.
