Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our advanced rehabilitation center in Nashville, where you will work in a collaborative, supportive environment. The facility is designed to provide the best possible care, featuring specialized treatment rooms and rehabilitation equipment tailored for orthopedic therapy. Your work hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their goals and needs.
• Develop individualized care plans incorporating diverse treatment techniques designed to enhance patient mobility and strength.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one individual per hour to ensure personalized attention and quality care.
• Implement cost-effective, evidence-based interventions focused on improving functional outcomes while reducing reliance on medication.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to aid in pain relief and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress closely, providing encouragement and motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Document all treatments, outcomes, and patient interactions accurately as per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers, including physicians and specialists, to optimize patient treatment plans.
• Customize fitness and wellness programs tailored to the unique needs and aspirations of your patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily focuses on orthopedic rehabilitation, working with a diverse patient population comprising individuals with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical patients, athletes, and those seeking assistance in regaining physical function. You will have the opportunity to positively impact their quality of life, utilizing your expertise to promote recovery and independence through innovative therapeutic methods.

Qualifications

• Committed to the profession with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possess an active Physical Therapist license in Tennessee, with no disciplinary actions recorded against it.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, to efficiently manage patient documentation and treatment tracking.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively motivate and engage with patients.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting is required. Candidates with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes and a patient-centered approach will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
