Earnix Tech Lead Developer - San Antonio, TX - $53/hr Location: San Antonio, TX Work Arrangement: Onsite Overview We're seeking an Earnix Tech Lead Developer to lead the design, configuration, and integration of enterprise pricing solutions within a financial services and insurance environment. This role will focus on Earnix pricing model development, rate configuration, data integration, and pricing optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong Earnix platform expertise, advanced SQL skills, and experience supporting insurance, fintech, or financial services pricing systems. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, pricing teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable pricing solutions that drive business performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Earnix pricing models and business rules. Design and implement rate tables, rate order calculations, and pricing logic. Support data integration efforts between Earnix and enterprise systems. Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate pricing requirements into technical solutions. Support integration efforts with Guidewire and other insurance platforms. Analyze pricing data and customer behavior trends to support business objectives. Troubleshoot pricing, configuration, and integration issues. Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance to development teams. Support testing, deployment, and production implementation activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of software development or pricing systems experience. Hands‑on Earnix configuration and development experience. Experience implementing rate tables and rate order calculations. Strong SQL skills with Oracle and/or SQL Server. Experience with data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience integrating Earnix with enterprise applications. Knowledge of insurance, fintech, or financial services pricing processes. Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Guidewire integration experience. Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience. Pricing strategy and customer behavior modeling experience. Product development experience within insurance or fintech environments. Enterprise application integration experience. Technical leadership or team lead experience.
