Track and document progress: Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring consistent patient advancement.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Ongoing education and professional development opportunities encouraged and provided

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
